Egg Chappathi Roll

  • 1.Egg: 2 nos
  • 2. Tomato: small one
  • 3. Small onion (Shallots): 6 Nos
  • 4. Carrot: sliced half
  • 5. Coriander Leaves 2 stands
  • 7.Curry leaves: 1
  • 8. Chapathi -1 No


  • Take a bowl add tomato, shallot, carrot, curry leaves, coriander leaves and salt to taste and mix well. Add egg to it and beat the mixture until foamed. For spice add crushed pepper. Salt for taste.
  • Warm the pan and pour the batter. Cover the lid for 3 minutes. Reverse the patty for setting the other side for 2 minutes.
  • Tasty pasty is ready. Good to roll in chapathi or can make as a sandwich filling
