Baked Chicken


    1. Chicken 2 Nos.
    2. Potatoes 5 Nos. Medium size
    3. Corn 2 cups
    4. Cheddar cheese grated 100 gram
    5. Lemon grass 4 sticks
    6. Spring Onion 1 cup
    7. Garlic 5 cloves
    8. Lemon 2 Nos.
    9. Salt As required
    10. Onion 4 Nos
    11. Chilly powder 1 spoon
    12. Turmeric powder ½ spoon
    13. Coriander leaves 1 cup
    14. Jalapeno 10 pieces


    • Marinate the cleaned chicken with chilly powder, turmeric powder and lemon juice with required salt and keep aside. Mash the cooked potatoes nicely add corn, spring onion, garlic with required salt and fill the marinated chicken with this. Take a Baking Dish apply some Olive Oil, place the chicken and fill the remaining potatoes, whole onion, tomatoes. Smear some more Olive oil nicely on chicken. Keep the lemon grass stick inside diagonally so that when baked, chicken will get the essence of it. And keep in preheated oven for 30 min. After 30 min. take the chicken out and decorate with cheddar cheese and sprinkle coriander leaves and jalapeno. And keep in oven for another 15 min.
