Tossed Broccoli Pepper Garlic Salad and Tahina Dip

Burnt Corn Salad


  1. Broccoli – 2 big floret
  2. Colored Bell pepper -4 nos(yellow, red ,Orange & Green)
  3. Garlic – minced 5 to 6 cloves
  4. Olive Oil- 2 tea spoon
  5. Pepper powder
  6. Salt to taste


  • Wash and Cut the broccoli floret to bite size pieces, Cut the Bell peppers to square pieces
  • Take a salad bowl add minced garlic, olive oil, pepper and salt mix well. Add bell peppers & broccoli florets and toss well. Arrange it in a micro wave tray and microwave it for 3 -4 minutes. Arrange it in a plate and have it with Tahina Dip

Tahina Dip:

  • Mix garlic paste, 2 green chilli paste, add ½ cup of Tahina paste, few drops of lemon juice and enough water. Mix well to desired consistency (smooth and creamy consistency).
