Burnt Corn Salad


  1.  Basel leaves – small sliced – 5 leaves
  2.  Water Melon – 3 cups – cut into small cubes
  3.  Fatta cheese – Crumbled – 1 cup
  4.  Almond flakes – 2 big table spoons
  5.  Black Olives – Seedless – cut into half – 1 small cup


  • Keep all ingredients in a big bowl and mix well. Top up with a small spoon Olive Oil.
