  1. Chick Pea (White Kadala) 1 Cup (put in water for 3 to 4 hours)
  2. Turmeric ¼ tsp
  3. Chilly powder ½ tsp
  4. Amchoor ¼ tsp
  5. Ginger powder ¼ tsp
  6. Sambar powder ¼ tsp
  7. Kayam ¼ tsp
  8. Curry leaves cut into small pieces (1 big table spoon)
  9. Coriander leaves cut into small pieces (2 big table spoons)
  10. Onion 2 Big ones
  11. Salt As required
  12. Oil to Fry


  • Grind Chick pea in a grinder coarsely, (not so fine) and mix thoroughly with all the other ingredients and keep a pan, pour oil and when the oil is hot take small small portions of the mixture to oil and deep fry
