• Hamour Fish (Clean and cut into thin long pieces) 500 grms
• Chilly Powder 1 tbs
• Turmeric Powder ½ tbs
• Hing ¼ tbs
• Lemon Juice of 1 Lemon
• Egg 1
• Bread crumbs as required
• Corn flour 1 tbs
• Salt As required

Preparation:

  •  Marinate the fish with half tbs chilly powder, turmeric powder, hing and lemon juice and salt as required.
  • Keep aside for some time. (may be 30 min.) We can marinate the fish like this and keep in refrigerator overnight.
  • Beat egg, add ½ tbs. chilly powder, corn flour mix well and keep all the marinated fish in this mixture.
  • Take out and coat nicely the breadcrumbs and deep fry in hot oil.
