Chicken Cutlets

Ingredients
1. Boneless chicken – ½ kg4.Chicken Cutlets
2. Onion – 1 big (chopped)
3. Ginger – 1 tablespoon (Chopped)
4. Green chilli – 4 (Sliced)
5. Potato – 1 boiled & mashed
6. Kashmiri chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
7. Garam Masala – 1 teaspoon
8. Bread crumbs – 1 cup
9. Egg white -2
10. Curry leaves (Chopped)
11. Coriander leaves ( Chopped)
12. Salt – As required
13. Oil – for frying
Preparation
• Cook the minced chicken.
• Saute onion till it becomes soft.
• Add ginger, green chillies and curry leaves. Add minced chicken. Mix well. Add salt, Kashmiri chilly powder & garam masala.
• Add mashed potatoes & coriander leaves and mix well.
• Make the mixture to desired shapes.
• Beat the egg white. Dip each cutlet in egg white & roll with bread crumbs. Deep fry in oil.
Serve hot with Garlic chilli sauce or tomato sauce.
Notes
The shaped cutlets can be stored in the freezer for two weeks or a month. Bring it to room temperature before frying.
