- Chicken 1 Medium size
- Onion 3 Nos
- Tomato 2 Nos
- Green chilly 3 Nos.
- Ginger 1 inch long piece
- Garlic 4 Cloves
- Curry leaves 1 sprig
- Coriander leaves 1 small bunch
- Salt As required
- Olive Oil As required
- Chicken Masala 4 big tbs whatever brand available in kitchen or any store nearby
- Garam masala 1 small spoon
Cut chicken to medium size pieces, marinate with salt and lemon juice, chicken masala and garam masala. Keep aside.
- Take a pan add oil, when oil is hot add onion, garlic, ginger, green chilly, curry leaves, half portion of coriander leaves.. add in sequence… add tomato. Cover the pan for 5 minutes and cook well all the ingredients then add the marinated chicken. add 1 cup water. Cook for 35 to 45 minutes until chicken cook well and good consistency of curry we get. Sprinkle the remaining coriander leaves.
Have it with chappati, parata and rice.
