Ingredients:5. Muruku

1. Roasted Rice Powder 2 cups
2. Uzhunnu podi (Roast Urad Dal and make it smooth powder) ½ cup
3. Cherupayar podi (Roast Green Dal and make it smooth powder) ½ cup
4. Warm water 2 glasses
5. Salt As required
6. Jeera 1 spoon
7. Hing 1 pinch


Make a smooth paste of all the ingredients and using the murukku apparatus make the shape to fry in very hot oil
