Coconut Tamarind Chutney

Ingredients:IMG-20141031-WA0017 - Copy
1. Coconut – 1 cup
2. Tamarind – 1 small ball size
3. Red Chillies – 2 or 3
4. Shallots – 5 to 6
5. Salt – As required
Seasoning:
6. Mustard – 1 tbs
7. Red chillites – 4
8. Kari Patta – 6 leaves
9. Olive oil – 1 spoon
Preparation:
• Microwave all ingredients for 10 minutes and grind to a paste.
• Good to eat with Dosa, Idly or rice
