Ingredients:                                                                                 Kothamali Chutney

  1. Coriander (Kotamali leaves) –    2 bunch
  2. Curry Leaves –   3 Stalk
  3. Coriander Powder –   ½ tsp
  4. Tamarind (optional) –   a small piece
  5. Red chilli                             –   4 nos (according to spice)
  6. Salt                            –   As required
  7. Oil –   1 tsp

Preparation:

  • Wash and Clean the coriander leaves spread it on a kitchen towel to drain extra water
  • On drying chop the coriander leaves.
  • Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and add red chilli, once it is done add the coriander leave. Stir well for 2 minutes.
  • As soon as you off the stove add ½ tsp of coriander power to the mixture.
  • Add little tamarind if you like it sour.
  • An cooling add salt and grind the mixture.
  • It go well with rice, dosa, idli
