Hot pot (also known as steamboat in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines and Brunei), It consists of a simmering metal pot of stock at the center of the dining table. While the hot pot is kept simmering, ingredients are placed into the pot and are cooked at the table.

Ingredients:Hot pot (2)

All Vegetables including corn, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, beans, sweet potatoes, potatoes, carrots,

All ingredients should be fresh.

Water or Vegetable or chicken stock

Salt

Pepper powder

Ginger/ Garlic

Hot pot meals are often eaten in the winter during supper time.

Its very healthy and a wholesome meal

If you like non veg soup we shall use the following depending upon the availability in your kitchen

Fish – Normally seafood including prawns, crabs, squid etc.

Meat – Chicken breasts cut into small pieces

Egg dumplings
