 IngredientsSPINACH RAITA 3

  1. 1 bunch spinach cleaned and the stalk removed, blanched (To blanch SPINACH- boil water and add the leaves and take it within 2-3 minutes and let it cool)
  2. Onion -1 no cut to square pieces
  3. Garlic -3-4 nos
  4. Pepper-1/2 Tsp
  5. Salt to taste.
  6. Curd – 2 cups
  7. Butter -2 tsp

 Method:

Heat a butter in a pan, add garlic stir till raw smell go.

Add the onions and stir till transparent, add the blanched Spinach salt and pepper powder.

When Cool add to beaten Curd and serve it.
