Paneer capsicum curry

IngredientsCASICUM PANEER SUBJI 2

  1. Paneer -250 gram
  2. Capsicum- 2 Nos
  3. Onion- 2 Nos
  4. Tomato -2 Nos
  5. Ginger garlic paste- 1 table spoon
  6. Green Chilli- 3 Nos
  7. Chilli powder (Kashmiri)-1tsp (If spicy chilli powder use ½ tsp)
  8. Coriander powder- 1 tsp
  9. Garam Masala- ½ tsp
  10. Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
  11. Cumin powder- ½ tsp
  12. Tomato ketchup- 1 table spoon
  13. Water- ¾ cup
  14. Coriander leave- 1table spoon chopped
  15. Oil- 2 table spoon
  16. Salt to taste

Procedure

  1. Boil onions and tomatoes and make puree.
  2. Heat a pan, add green chill and saute well. To this add the ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell disappear.
  3. Add the onion puree and saute till it turns golden brown colour.
  4. Add tomato paste, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, Turmeric powder and saute till the tomato onion paste become dry and oil start leaving the edges.
  5. Now add capsicum and paneer and mix well. Add salt and  3/4 cup water and let it boil. Reduce the heat and let the gravy thicken.
  6. Add the garam masala, coriander leaves and remove from stove . Serve this hot with Roti, Puri, Nan
