Paneer parippu curry

1. Toor Dal (Sambar Parippu)- 1 cup
2. Paneer 5-10 cubes
3. Jeera- ½ tsp
4. Coconut -2 table spoon
5.Turmeric powder:- ½ tsp
6. Onion_ 1 No
7.Ginger _ 1 inch
8.Zeera- 1 tsp
9. oil-1 table spoon
10. Green chilli- 2nos
11. Mustard – 1 tsp
12. Red Chill -2nos
13. Curry leaves_ 5-6 nos
1. Wash 1 cup toor dal and put in a cooker along with 2 cups of water, ginger, onion and turmeric powder and salt and ¼ tsp oil and cook for 2 whistle.
2. Add the paneer cubes to the cooked dal and let it boil for few minutes
3. Make a paste of coconut, green chilli and jeera. And mix well. We should not boil the mixture. Remove from fire
4. For tempering Take a pan, add oil and put the mustard seeds when it sputter add dry red chilli and curry leaves and off the stove and add this to the dal curry and mix well.
