  1. Sweet Potatoes 3 Nos.
  2. Salt As required
  3. Chilly powder ½ spoon
  4. Turmeric powder ¼ spoon
  5. Amchoor powder 1 pinch
  6. Ginger Powder 1 pinch
  7. Hing 1 pinch
  8. Water As required

For Tadka

  1. Olive Oil 1 spoon
  2. Jeera ½ spoon
  3. Shallots 10 to 12 Nos.
  4. Curry leaves
  5. Coriander leaves to decorate

Preparation:
Take a Tawa and keep all the ingredients from 1 to 8, water should be just to keep the potatoes immerse and cover it with a lid to cook. It will take 15 to 20 min. to cook.
Take a pan, pour oil when oil is hot put jeera and then shallots, curry leaves when the shallots done till dark brown decorate with coriander leaves
