Tender Coconut Pudding

  1. Tender Coconut- 1 No
  2. Or Thick Coconut Milk- 2 cups (optional in case tender coconut is not available)
  3. Sugar- 2-3 table spoon or (Adjust  according to your taste)
  4. Condensed milk- 3/4 tin (Note reduce sugar if using condensed milk).
  5. China grass- 10 grams (Optional -3tsp gelatin can be used instead of china grass)
  6. Water- 1/2 cup


  •  Remove the pulp of the tender coconut and put into a blender along with condensed milk and coconut water.  Add a pinch of cardamom powder and blend it well. Adjust the sweetness adding necessary amount of  sugar  in case the sweetness is less.
  • Soak chinagrass in water for ½ cup of water 10 mins and melt it in the same water and add it to the Tender coconut mixture.
  • Pour this mixture into the desired shape molds
  • Keep in fridge and allow to set for at least two hours before serving.
  • Decorate it with cherries.
