- Rice Flour Fine White Rice flour 3 cups
- Coconut Thick milk of 1 coconut
- Sugar 4 Tbs (Add as necessary)
- Salt 1 pinch
- Jeera 1 tbs
Mix all ingredients well and the consistency of this mixture should be little more watery than the dosa batter.
Pour in a Kinnam like vessel and steam it for 30 minutes. When cold cut into square pieces or diamond shape pieces.
