  • Rice Flour Fine White Rice flour 3 cups
  • Coconut Thick milk of 1 coconut
  • Sugar 4 Tbs (Add as necessary)
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Jeera 1 tbs


Mix all ingredients well and the consistency of this mixture should be little more watery than the dosa batter.

Pour in a Kinnam like vessel  and steam it for 30 minutes. When cold cut into square pieces or diamond shape pieces.
