- Sprout – 2 cups Steamed
- Oats- Roasted 1 cup
- Raw Peanut- ½ cup Boiled
- Cucumber – 1 no
- Carrot -1 No
- Olive oil- 1 tsp
- Lemon Juice – 1 table spoon
- Green Chilli – ½ chopped (optional)
- Chat Masala – ¼ tsp
- Zeera Powder -1/4 tsp
- Pepper Powder -1/4 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Coriander leaves- chopped 2 table spoon
- Take a salad bowl; make salad dressing adding olive oil, lemon juice, green chilli, salt, zeera powder, pepper powder and Chat Masala.
- Add the sprouts, roasted oats and boiled peanuts and mix well.
- Decorate it with coriander leaves and black olives.
It is a very filling and healthy salad.
