Sprout, Oats and Peanut Salad

  1. Sprout – 2 cups Steamed
  2. Oats- Roasted 1 cup
  3. Raw Peanut- ½ cup Boiled
  4. Cucumber – 1 no
  5. Carrot -1 No
  6. Olive oil- 1 tsp
  7. Lemon Juice – 1 table spoon
  8. Green Chilli – ½ chopped (optional)
  9. Chat Masala – ¼ tsp
  10. Zeera Powder -1/4 tsp
  11. Pepper Powder -1/4 tsp
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Coriander leaves- chopped 2 table spoon


  1. Take a salad bowl; make salad dressing adding olive oil, lemon juice, green chilli, salt, zeera powder, pepper powder and Chat Masala.
  2. Add the sprouts, roasted oats and boiled peanuts and mix well.
  3. Decorate it with coriander leaves and black olives.

It is a very filling and healthy salad.
