- Sweet Corn 1 Cup
- Boneless chicken 1 Cup
- Cabbage ½ cup
- Tomatoes 1 No.
- Maggie Cube 1 No. (Chicken Flavor)
- Egg White 1 No.
- Water 4 cups
- Salt As required
- Black pepper Crushed ½ tsp
- White flour (corn starch) 2 table spoons
- Coriander leaves 2 table spoons
Boil the water in a deep pan, to this add Corn. After 1-2 minutes add shredded chicken, cabbage, tomatoes. Add Maggie chicken cube and mix well. Check the salt and add more if required. When chicken cook properly, add the corn starch diluted in water to the soup. When the soup thicken, add the beaten egg whites and stir well and switch off the stove. Add coriander leaves and pepper powder and serve it hot. It is a filling and tasty soup which you can have any time as you wish.
