Healthy Avacado


  1. Avocado -1 No
  2. Milk: 1 glass
  3. Nuts (cashew/ Pistachios/almond) : 8-10 Nos
  4. Dates: 6-8
  5. Honey: 2 spoons
  6. Crushed corn flakes : for decoration


  1. Skin and deseed of the Avacado and slice it.
  2. Deseed the dates
  3. Blend the milk, avocado, dates along with nuts and honey.
  4. Add ice cubes for serving chilled.
  5. Decorate with crushed corn flakes and serve.
