- Nuts (cashew/ Pistachios/almond) : 8-10 Nos
- Dates: 6-8
- Honey: 2 spoons
- Crushed corn flakes : for decoration
- Skin and deseed of the Avacado and slice it.
- Deseed the dates
- Blend the milk, avocado, dates along with nuts and honey.
- Add ice cubes for serving chilled.
- Decorate with crushed corn flakes and serve.
