Make Dosa batter with

  1. Matta Rice 1 glass
  2. Jeerakasala Rice 1 glass
  3. Urad Dal 1 glass
  4. Methi ½ spoon
  5. Water As required
  6. Cooked Rice 1 cup
  7. Salt As required

Top Up

  1. Tomato 1 sliced
  2. Onion 1 sliced
  3. Coriander leaves cut 1 spoon


Keep the  Rice + Urad dal + Methi soaked in water for 6 hours. Grind with cooked rice and salt and keep overnight.

Make small dosa out of this batter – cover with a lid

Top up with tomato, onion and coriander leaves


*Good Breakfast for kids snack box
