  1. Chinese Noodles 1 Packet
  2. Green Beans ¼ Kg
  3. Shrimps ¼ Kg
  4. Squid ¼ Kg
  5. Chicken Boneless ¼ Kg
  6. Onion 2 Nos.
  7. Cabbage ¼ Kg
  8. Mushroom ¼ kg
  9. Soya Sauce 2 table spoons
  10. Salt As required
  11. Crushed Chilli 1 table spoon


Cut Chicken to small pieces and marinate with little salt, soya sauce, oil and corn flour. Mix well and keep for 3 to 4 hours.

Cook Noodles with enough water and drain when cooked. Keep aside.

Cook 80% each of the ingredients separately with little oil, soya sauce, salt and crushed chilli.

Finally toss the noodles with all the ingredients in low flame and add soya sauce and chilli according to your requirement and taste and colour.

Tasty Chinese noodles ready to eat with Red chilli chutney or Tomato sauce or chilli sauce.

Recipe for Chilli Oil

  • Crushed chilli
  • Garlic
  • Peanuts
  • Salt if required
  • Oil – (Corn Oil or Olive Oil)

Take in a bowl crushed chilli, chopped garlic and crushed peanuts and required salt. Make the oil very very hot and pour it to the bowl of chilli, garlic and peanuts and mix well
