1. Seasame seeds ½ kg
2. Jaggery 6 medium size pieces
3. Sugar 1 spoon
4. Cardamom powder 1 spoon
5. Water ½ cup (Just to melt Jaggery)
Melt jaggery in water by boiling in a thick base non-stick pan. Stir continuously. It will take 10 minutes to get the proper consistency. It should be thin, but more than watery. Add the seasame seeds in this mixture by stirring continuously. Stir for 2 minutes and switch off the fire. Sprinkle sugar and cardamom powder. You need to stir for 10 minutes after switching off the fire.
Once cooled down, store in an air tight container.
