Mixed salad with Avocado sauce and dill leaves

Chop the following fresh vegetables and fruit:

  1. Carrot- 1 No diced
  2. Green Apple- 1 No diced
  3. Cucumber -1 No Skinned and diced
  4. Tomato- (Deseeded)- 1 No diced
  5. Capsicum – different colors- diced (Green, red, yellow and orange)
  6. Celery- Chopped
  7. Raisins – 2 spoonful
  8. Nuts – 1 spoons full (Cashew nut, Hazel Nut, almond)
  9. Avocado Sauce*- (used here is Ready made)
  10. Dill Leaves- 1 small bunch
  11. Salt to taste.

Preparation:

Cut the fruits and nuts into a salad bowl and add the freshly made avocado sauce or readily available Avocado sauce. Check the salt.  Decorate with chopped nuts and dill leaves

* Avocado Sauce

  1. 1 Ripe Avocado
  2. Lime Juice of 1 lime
  3. Greek Yogurt – 2-3 table spoon
  4. Garlic cloves – 1 No
  5. Green chili- 1 No
  6. Sugar- ¼ tsp
  7. Fresh pepper Powder
  8. Salt

Blend Avocado, Greek Yogurt, Green Chilli, Garlic, Sugar and Salt. Mix the lime juice and pepper powder
