Ingredients

  1. Tapioca – 1 kg
  2. Salt – as required
  3. Turmeric powder – 1 pinch
  4. Green Chilly – 5 -6 nos
  5. Garlic -2 -3 cloves
  6. Shallots – 3 -4 nos
  7. Jeera powder – 1 pinch
  8. Curry leaves – I bunch
  9. Grated coconut – ½ coconut
  10. Coconut oil – enough

Method

  1. Peel off the tapioca and slice it nicely.
  2. Keep the sliced tapiocas in a pressure cooker, add water to cover and salt and pinch of turmeric powder.
  3. Place the cooker on the fire and keep it until the first whistle comes.
  4. Once the pressure is released drain the tapioca.
  5. Crush the grated coconut, shallots, garlic, jeera powder and add the mixture to the cooked tapioca. Add the coconut oil and curry leaves and serve hot.
