  1. Raw Mango- 3 Nos
  2. Salt: to taste
  3. Kashmiri Chilli Powder -2 table spoon
  4. Asafoetida fried and powdered (kayam/Hing):- ¾ tsp
  5. Uluva Podi(roasted & powdered) :-3/4 tsp
  6. Mustard:- ½ tsp crushed
  7. Boiled water-as required


  1. Cut the mangoes to small pieces
  2. Add salt, chilli powder, Uluva and Kayam and Mustard
  3. Mix water according to the quantity of liquid required- ½ to 3 /4 cup will be enough.
