Raw Mango Pachadi

  1.  Raw Mango –Chopped 1 cup
  2. Yoghurt -1 cup
  3. Grated Coconut-3 table spoon
  4. Turmeric powder-1/4tsp
  5. Green Chili-1-2 Nos
  6. Salt –to taste
  7. Sugar- 1 tsp or as per your taste
  8. Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
  9. Dry red chili=- 2-3 nos
  10. Curry leaves-2 sprig
  11. Coconut oil- 1 table spoon


  1. Cook the chopped mango with little water, turmeric and salt. Add sugar and let it cook for few more minutes. When it is done remove from heat and cool.
  2. Grind the coconut and green chili to paste and mix to mango. Add the curd. Check the salt and add if required.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, put mustard seeds, when it sputter add red chili and curry leaves. Add this mixture to the Mango Pachadi.
