Bell Pepper Salsa/ Nachos

  1. Bell Peppers of different colours- (Green, Orange, Yellow, Red)
  2. Onion- 2 Nos Chopped
  3. Green Chili- 1 No
  4. Garlic – 2 Nos chopped
  5. Corriander- 1 table spoon chopped
  6. Lemeon Juice- 2 table spoon



  1. 1 cup corn meal flour
  2. 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
  3. 1 table spoon cheese
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Papprika Powder -1/5 tsp
  6. Oil to deep fry


Mix the two flours, salt, cheese  and Papprika Powder and knead to a dough like for rotis.

Roll out rotis and cook on both sides over high heat over a griddle and keep aside.

Cut into desired sized pieces and deep fry till crisp and brown.
