- Potato 4 Nos.
- Minced meat ½ Kg
- Onion 2 Nos.
- Green chilli 2 Nos.
- Garlic 2 Cloves
- Ginger 1 inch long
- Salt As required
Boil potatoes and mash it nicely with a pinch of salt. Keep aside
Take a pan, add onions, ginger, Garlic, Green chilli and sauté for sometimes and add meat. Fry for sometimes till it becomes dry. Add salt as required.
Take a baking tray – Spread mashed potatoes as a layer and then spread the meat and then top again potato layer.
And bake for 30 minutes. On cooling cut in squares and serve with Ketchup.
