An Arabic Desert with Asario Seeds and Milk

  1. Milk 2 Ltr
  2. Milkmaid 1 tin
  3. Custard powder 5 tablespoons
  4. Asario 4 spoons
  5. Vanilla essence 1 spoon


  1. Soak Asario seeds in water for 5 hours and boil in pressure cooker for 2 whistles.
  2. Boil the milk, add cooked asario seeds and cook it for 5 minutes. Add milkmaid and custard powder mixture (mix custard powder with water or milk to blend well)..
  3. Mix well and continue stirring for 10 minutes. Add Vanilla essence
  4. Serve chilled or warm
