Carrot Halwa

Ingredients

  • Carrots 7 Nos.
  • Milk 2 cups
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Butter 1 cup
  • Sliced almonds

 

Preparation

 

Grate carrots. Make a pan hot and add carrots and milk and stir continuously till the carrots cook and milk and carrots blend together nicely. Add sugar and butter continue stirring till the mixture gets removed from pan easily. Spread alomonds.

Serve hot or cold.
