Ingredients

  • Paneer 200 grams
  • Potatoes 2 medium
  • Green chilli 4 Nos.
  • Ginger 1 spoon chopped
  • Garlic 1 spoon chopped
  • Coriander leaves 1 spoon chopped
  • Curry leaves 1 spoon chopped
  • Salt As required
  • Red chilli powder 1 spoon
  • Turmeric powder ½ spoon
  • Oil for frying
  • Egg white             of two eggs
  • Breadcrumbs             As required

Preparation

Boil the potatoes and mash nicely. Mix with paneer and all other ingredients. Take a small portion and give shape. Dip in egg white mixture and roll on in breadcrumbs till the breadcrumbs give a perfect shape to cutlets

Take a pan and make oil hot. Fry the shaped cutlets.
