Cherry Yogurt Ice cream

Ingredients

cherry ice cream
• Sweetened Condensed Milk -1 Tin
• Whipping Cream-500 Ml
• Vanilla Essence- 1 Teaspoon
• Yoghurt- 250 Ml
(Fruit Flavored Yogurts According To The Fruits Used)
• Cherry -250 G
(Raspberry/ Mango / Strawberry/ Peaches)
• Icing Sugar -2 Tablespoon
• Gelatins 1 Pkt -(Optional)
Procedure
Take a large bowl, add condensed milk, Vanilla essence and whipping cream . Wisk/beat it for 10-12 minutes until it is thick and foamy. Add chopped cherry or the fruits of your choice, yogurt and icing sugar and carefully fold it into the cream. You can also add the dissolved gelatins mixture to this to avoid the ice formation in the cream ( it is optional). Cover tightly with a with cling film and freeze it for until firm or/ overnight.
