MANGO PANNA COTTA

  1. Double cream (or cooking cream) – 500ml
  2. Gelatin -1 sachet
  3. Condensed Milk- 1 tin
  4. Mango Pulp- 1 cup
  5. Cardamom power- ½ tsp
  6. Icing Sugar- ¾ cup ( Reduce or increase according to your taste)
  7. Mango slices for decorating

Preparation

  1. Heat the Cream in a pan and boil it along with Condensed milk. Add gelatin mixture and stir till it is dissolved. Off the stove add cardamom powder and mix well.
  2. Remove half of the cream into another dish and add mango pulp to the remaining.
  3. In the serving bowl add the mango pulp and cover it with a cling film and let it set. Once it is set add the white part and keep it again for setting. It will take 1-2 hrs.
  4. Once it is set decorate it with fresh mango slices and serve it chilled.
