Ingredients

  1. Chicken legs 6 Pieces
  2. Red chilli powder 1 spoon
  3. Turmeric powder ½ spoon
  4. Coriander powder ½ spoon
  5. Hing 1 small piece
  6. Garam Masala powder 1 piece
  7. Perum Jeerakam 1 spoon
  8. Garlic 3 cloves
  9. Ginger 1 piece
  10. Lemon juice 1 spoon
  11. Salt As required
  12. Oil to fry

Preparation:

Make a paste of items 2 to 11 and marinate chicken for ½ hour.
