- Chicken 800 grms
- Molokhia leaves Chopped 2 cups
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Onion 2 Nos.
- Green chilli 4 Nos.
- Salt As required
- Oil 1 spoon
Saute onion, green chilli, garlic in hot oil, add chicken and when it cook half add Molokhia leaves.
Very healthy chicken with less masala.
