Tapioca Cake

  1.  Tapioca                ½ kg
  2. Coconut milk      1 cup
  3. Vanila essense    ½ spoon
  4. Palm sugar          250 grams
  5. Butter                   2 spoons
  6. Corn flour            2 spoons


Grate tapioca and  strain it for 1 hour just to take out water.

Add little water in palm sugar and boil and allow it to cool

Take a bowl, add coconut milk, corn flour, butter and palm sugar mix well. Add vanilla essense and add tapioca.

Make over hot about ½ hour and keep the mixture in a baking vessel. And allow to bake for 1 hour.

Cut when cool.

A very tasty tapioca cake is ready. Aroma is too good. Kids will love it.
