Ingredients
1. Rice Flour 2 cup
2. Coconut grated 1 cup
3. Jaggery 5 pieces
4. Rice ½ cup
5. Salt As required
6. Hot water 3 cups
Preparation:
• Pour hot water with salt to Rice flour. Make a smooth dough to make balls.
• Keep the rice in water to allow to soak for 1 hour. And take out and fry dry and grind it.
• Mix this rice powder with coconut and chopped jaggery and fill the balls made out of rice dough.
• And steam till cook.
