Ginger-Tea-Safe-During-Pregnancy

Ingredients

  1. Fresh Ginger   1 large piece
  2. Honey/sugar    1 or 2 spoons
  3. Water              3 cups

How to make Ginger Tea

Take a fresh piece of Ginger, wash ginger and cut into small pieces and pound it well. Take a pan and add fresh drinking water 3 cups and add the pounded ginger. Boil it in high flame first and then simmer the flame, allow it to boil for 10 minutes and the whole house becomes ginger smell and you feel relaxed and feel good.

Strain it and add some honey or sugar and have it when you feel depressed and not happy. It will change your mood
