Banana halwa


  1. Banana (Kerala)                2 Nos.
  2. Jaggery                               2 big pieces
  3. Corn flour                           1 spoon
  4. Butter                                  1 spoon


  • Grind riped bananas with a grinder smoothly by using little water.
  • Take a pan and add jaggery with little water and allow to melt.
  • Take a non stick pan add butter and banana mix with jaggery water and allow it to cook well, Add corn flour mixed in ½ glass water at this time. Make it a very smooth mixture till the mixture roll out nicely from the pan.
  • Allow to cool and cut
  • A very yummy halwa.. Children will love it.
