- Banana (Kerala) 2 Nos.
- Jaggery 2 big pieces
- Corn flour 1 spoon
- Butter 1 spoon
- Grind riped bananas with a grinder smoothly by using little water.
- Take a pan and add jaggery with little water and allow to melt.
- Take a non stick pan add butter and banana mix with jaggery water and allow it to cook well, Add corn flour mixed in ½ glass water at this time. Make it a very smooth mixture till the mixture roll out nicely from the pan.
- Allow to cool and cut
- A very yummy halwa.. Children will love it.
