Portobello mushrooms           4 Nos.

For filling

  1. Chicken keema ½ kg
  2. Potatoes 2 Nos.
  3. Onion 1 No.
  4. Green chilli 2 Nos.
  5. Ginger 1 piece
  6. Garlic 2 cloves
  7. Lemon grass 1 stem
  8. Spring Onion 2 stems
  9. Meat masala 1 spoon
  10. Cheese (parmesan and cheddar)
  11. Salt As required


Wash and dry Mushrooms.

To prepare the filling

Boil Potatoes and mash with parmesan cheese and butter.

Take a pan add chopped onions, ginger, garlic, spring onion, and meat (chicken) masala add chicken and salt. Cover the pan and cook in low flame with lemon grass stick. When chicken cooked and all water evaporate.

Take one Mushroom first later with grated cheese, then mash potatoes, then keema mix. Finally top up with one square piece layer of cheddar cheese.

Bake to 45 minutes.
