  1. Wheat flour (atta)- 1 cup
  2. Rawa – 2-3 table spoon
  3. Salt-to taste
  4. Sugar – ¼ tsp
  5. Warm water
  6. Ghee-1tsp (melted)
  7. Ajwain- ¼ tsp (optional)

Preparation:

Mix wheat flour , rawa, ajwain, 1tsp of ghee, salt, sugar and mix well. Add ¼ cup of water and mix well. The dough should be not be soft like the dough of the chappati/roti, but a little stiff and tight.

Cover and keep for some
