Vadukappuli White in Vinegar

  1. Vadukappuli Naranga 1 No.
  2. Green chilli -12 Nos
  3. Vinegar – 1 cup
  4. Salt- to taste
  5. Garlic- 1 bulb


Cut vadukappuli in small sizes, slit green chillies cut in two halves and garlic vertically and add salt  and mix well keep aside

Make vinegar hot and when it is cool, pour into this mixture.

A very tasty simple achar ready to eat
