  1. 3/4 Cup Roasted Peanuts (Unsalted and the brown outer covering removed)
  2. 2-3 Table Spoon Peanut Butter
  3. 3 Cups Milk
  4. 1/2 Tin Condensed Milk
  5. Sago- cooked 1 cup
  6. Cardamom Powder -1/2 Tsp
  7. Ghee 2 Table Spoon
  8. Sugar -3/4 cups




  1. Heat 1/2 tsp ghee add 1-2 table spoon of sugar, caramelize it. Add 2-3 table spoon of crushed roasted peanuts. Apply ghee on a steel plate and pour the caramelized nuts and cool it. Crush it into pieces and keep aside.
  2. Heat the remaining cashew nuts and just semi-crush it keep it aside
  3. Heat little ghee in a pan add the cashew nuts and sauté it in a low flame for a minute. Add peanut butter and sauté for few minutes, to this add the condensed milk and mix well. Off the stove and let the mixture cool
  4. Heat the milk and boil it well add cooked sago when it boils add the peanut mixture and let it boil and thicken.
  5. Off the stove and add the cardamom powder
  6. When it cools add the crushed caramelized roasted peanuts and serve it chilled.
