  1. Aval             1 cup
  2. Jaggery             2 pieces
  3. Coconut             1 – (Milk extracted 1st and 2nd )
  4. Ghee/ Butter             1 spoon
  5. Misri             1 spoon
  6. Cashew nuts             5 Nos.
  7. Raisins 5 Nos.
  8. Dry ginger powder 1 pinch
  9. Cardamom             1 pinch


Make Jaggery Syrup and keep aside.

Take a pan add ghee/ butter and add aval (poha). Fry for 5 minutes.. add the second milk and stir continuously.. When poha start cooking nicely add jaggery syrup and misri and stir continuously to make proper consistency. Add the first coconut milk and dry ginger powder and cardamom powder and fried cashew nuts and raisins.
