Mango Pradhaman

  1.  Mango Riped               1 No.
  2. Jaggery                       1 Big Piece
  3. Butter/ Ghee                1 spoon
  4. Coconut                       1 – Extract milk First milk and Second Milk
  5. Misri                            1 spoon
  6. Dry ginger powder       1 pinch
  7. Cardamom powder     1 pinch
  8. Cashew Nuts               5 Nos.
  9. Raisin                          5 Nos.

Preparation:

Peel the riped mango and cut to small pieces and make pulp by grinding nicely.. You can keep two three cut pieces also.

Make jaggery syrup.

Take a pan and add butter or ghee and add the pulp.. Stir continuously for 5 to 10 minutes.. add jaggery syrup and misri..and extracted second milk.. When it comes to desired consistency add the first milk and add cardamom powder and dry ginger powder and fried cashew nuts and raisins.
