Chinese Fried Rice

1. White Long Rice 2 cups
2. Capsicum red, yellow, green cut small cubes 1 cup
3. Egg 2 Nos.
4. Green peas ½ cup
5. Black Olives ½ cup
6. Salt As required

Semi Cook the rice, switch off the stove and keep it covered with tight lid. Using previously cooked rice which is refrigerated will be appropriate for fried rice.
Add little oil, scramble the egg, remove from pan and keep it aside.
Add little more oil in pan and sauté the vegetables for 5 minutes.
Mix in rice to the vegetables along with egg, sauté it all together. Add required amount of salt
Tasty fried rice is ready
