Delightful crispy noodles served with vegetables and a tangy sauce.
- 1 cup boiled noodles
2 cups shredded cabbage
1/2 cup thinly sliced onions
1/2 cup sliced carrot
1/2 cup bean sprouts
1 cup crispy fried noodles
2 tbsp oil
salt to taste
- Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan and add the onions and sauté on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add the cabbage, carrot, bean sprouts, , noodles and salt and sauté on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add the prepared sauce, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add the fried noodles and mix well.
- Serve immediately.
