Ingredients:
- Maida 1 cup
- Cornflour 2 teaspoon
- Carrots grated 1 cup
- Cabbage grated 1 cup
- Capsicum chopped 1 cup
- Green chilli 2 Nos.
- Pepper powder 1 spoon
- Cooking oil As required
For Sauce:
- Crushed ginger 2 spoons
- Green chilli 2 Nos.
- Garlic chopped 1 spoon
- Spring onion 1 spoon
- Cooking oil 1 spoon
- Soy sauce 2 table spoon
- Chilly sauce ½ table spoon
- Tomato ketch up 2 spoons
- Pepper powder 1 table spoon
- Cornflour 2 table spoon
- Hot water 2 cups
- Salt As required
Preparation:
Take a vessel and mix all ingredients to make small balls out of mixture. Do not add water. Deep fry.
Take a pan, add some oil and add crushed ginger, chilli, garlic, spring onion. Saute for 5 minutes and add soy sauce, chilli sauce and ketchup, add pepper powder and add corn flour diluted in 1 cup water. When it start boiling add hot water and salt..
When the mixture gets proper consistency add the fried balls.
